Properties

Little St. James Island

Little St. James Island, U.S. Virgin Islands

Private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands owned by Jeffrey Epstein, purchased in 1998. The 71.5-acre island, often referred to in media as 'Pedophile Island,' featured a main residence, guest houses, a library, a cinema, a detached bathhouse, a pool, and a distinctive blue-and-white striped temple-like structure. The island was a central location in Epstein's trafficking operation according to court documents and witness testimony.

New York City Townhouse

A seven-story, 21,000-square-foot mansion at 9 East 71st Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. One of the largest private residences in New York City, it was originally built for Herbert N. Straus. Leslie Wexner purchased it in 1989 and transferred it to Epstein in 1998 under circumstances that remain disputed. The FBI raided the property on July 6, 2019, discovering photographic evidence and other materials used in the federal case.

Palm Beach Mansion

Zorro Ranch

An approximately 10,000-acre ranch near Stanley, New Mexico, purchased by Epstein in 1993. The property included a 26,700-square-foot main house, an airstrip, and a 4,600-square-foot residence for Ghislaine Maxwell. New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas opened an investigation into the ranch. Reports indicated Epstein had discussed plans for a eugenics program at this location.

Paris Apartment

A luxury apartment at 22 Avenue Foch in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, one of the most expensive streets in the city. The apartment was connected to Jean-Luc Brunel's modeling activities and was referenced in multiple witness accounts.
