Named on Epstein's flight logs for December 9, 1996 (Fort Knox to Teterboro, with Epstein, Maxwell, and others) and January 11, 1997 (Newark to Titusville, with Epstein, Dershowitz, and Celina Midelfart). Contributed a letter to Epstein's 'birthday book' alongside graphic animal photos from an Africa trip. A spokesperson said Myhrvold 'knew him from TED conferences and as a donor to basic scientific research' and 'regrets that he ever met him.'
