Barry Josephson
Hollywood producer (Bones, Enchanted); extensive post-conviction Epstein emails
Also known as: Barry & Jackie Josephson
Hollywood film and television producer (Bones, Enchanted, The Man in the High Castle) and former President of Production at Columbia Pictures. DOJ-released emails reveal a years-long friendship with Epstein continuing well past his 2008 conviction. Epstein lent Josephson $120,000 in 2011 and helped cover a $215,000 tax bill in 2013; both loans were repaid. Emails show Epstein asked Josephson about 'amazing women' for an assistant role and whether he knew actresses who wanted to ride on his jet. Josephson arranged set visits for young women in Epstein's circle. Correspondence continued as late as 2018. Josephson stated he 'never traveled with him on his plane, visited his island, or saw him in the company of minors.' He issued a public apology in February 2026.
Barry Josephson appears in records associated with Jeffrey Epstein, including flight logs, contact lists, or legal documents. Appearance in these records does not imply any wrongdoing or criminal conduct. Many individuals had legitimate professional or social interactions.
